Given that 70% of the money they collect goes into their own pockets coupled with the fact that the "problem" they're trying to solve isn't a problem any more by many accounts coupled with the fact that they're wanting solve this "problem" by funding a corrupt military that in all likelihood will make things worse I am fairly confident in calling it a complete scam at worst and a dubious cause that should be avoided at all costs at best.

if all people do is get rid of kony, all thats going to happen is one of his subordinates who has worked with him for years will come to power and do the same thing. That would actually be worse since kony has been inactive for years.

I find it great that people are caring, but how many are caring to seem popular and how many truly give a rats ass.

I think we can all agree what is going on (and has been going on) is absolutely horrible. 100% tragic. But, I also was warned about this charity. It's weird. I haven't actually looked into the charity yet, but it sure is strange how many social media things are buzzing about this. (not only the topic, but also the sketchy charity..)

All in all, it's quite sad and should be stopped. I'm not sure if we are the ones to do it, but maybe...
 
Great, let's invade Africa too. I wish people would stop being so outraged by EVERY damn thing that's wrong in the world because each time someone is outraged by something it costs us trillions of dollars we don't have. Right now, the US needs to live and let die until we get our OWN shit straightened out. All this world policing is going to destroy us and as a result the rest of the world's economy too. I see a lot of tragedy within this country and it amazes me that nobody seems as outraged when it happens at home. Why don't you go put this same energy towards helping someone in your community who needs it?

Watched this video the other day...felt so damn ignorant too...this is real and it's happening. I have had a shirt in my closet that says "invisible children" on it for months and I thought it was a band that whole time...don't make my mistake. This isn't just hippies freaking out about nothing...this is real.
 
this shits been happening for a while and by many different people, the fact that they actually decide to make a big deal about it is beyond me. Guess they really dont like this guy over all the other ones that do this stuff
 
I don't know what the truth is, but there's a lot of stuff on the Web that this is a fraud. The company is shady, doesn't disclose financials, and that Kony dude has been MIA for 6 years. Supposedly that army is in another country now. Believe what you want though :-)

Because I can't help someone in my community by tweeting out a link to video filled with false information made by a sketchy charity. If I want to help someone in my community I have to go out and spend my free time, my extra money and get my hands dirty. Who wants that? I'd rather sit on my ass and tweet stuff I've never bothered researching.

From the info i read, the guy hasn't even been seen in about 6yrs.
 
is not a scam, even if you dont want to donate money at least spread the word and let people know who this guy is...
