Help Kyocera Rise Broke In Two

My wife has a Kyocera Rise from Virgin Mobile that broke in two today after it hit the floorboards during a hard brake to avoid rear ending someone in her minivan. I'm wondering if there is any way for me to recover data from the internal memory?

No backup programs, if it didn't ask her, she didn't do it and didn't like me doing anything with her phone.

The phone is is not rooted and I'm pretty sure that USB Debugging has not been enabled.

I'm not turning up anything google or bing, pretty sure she's outta luck. I examined the phone and it looks like 4 screws once held the slider in place and they all came loose, I found one rattling around inside the phone before I started taking it apart, no idea where the other 3 are.

Did you try plugging the keyboard half into the computer via USB? You might be able to get into it from there?

Also if there was an SD card in it all her photos etc would have been saved there and you should be able to put that in a computer and copy those?

Good Luck! All in all it's way better than having a car accident!
