Root Latest Velocity Release?

What is the latest Velocity version released? I have 3, but I see that some people list V.4 Beta in their thread responses. Is 4 even out? If so, where can I get it?

Velocity 0.4 isn't out yet but a few people have been selected for testing it.

There should be a "1 day ban", or a thread titled, "The people who ask the beaten to a pulp question of when V.4 will be relased" "stop in and look...poke fun...leave a comment." and list these people.

This is getting old...Trident or a mod should place a note at the top of the thread list noting that Trident's new ROM will be released...."WHEN IT IS FINISHED"!!!11!!1

i catch myself doing the same here lol... anyway i bet that v4 is going to be radically different so that will take time.
