Beware, you flash this at your own risk....if you brick your phone or it explodes or grows legs and kills all your family, I take no responsibility nor do the folks at Sam mobile!

Anyway, while that's out the way, here Ya go

Exclusive: I9505XXUEMI8 – Leaked Android 4.3 test firmware for Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) | SamMobile

Also worth noting that although this does not increase flash counter or void warranty, it might be possible that due to the Knox bootloader you may not be able to flash back to 4.2.2 if you don't like this Rom! Even through rooting!

It's actually the quad core worldwide version and can be carrier locked dependant on your country. It's only the American versions that have specific models for their network! Canada might come under that too, so apologies to any Canadians :-)

I'm not updating to the new bootloader, so avoiding stock roms atm.

Might consider it once there's a CWM flashable version.

There already is one, djembeys stock Rom, only due to the lack of bootloader it's not working properly, certain things like sound, calls and Wi-Fi ain't working unless you have a new bootloader!

I'm sticking with the GPe rom for the time being then, this new bootloader is a nice kick in the balls for Galaxy S4 users.

Unless they find a way round this i'll be getting the Nexus 5.

Yes it is a huge "foot to gonads" move. Having said that don't expect other OEMs to stay with unlocked Bootloaders and not have an equivalent to Knox soon enough. It's the way Android is going, every corporation who makes Android phones surely wants a piece of the BYOD action. They are all in it for profit not we minority root tinkerers. Sad but true.
