Help LED flash won't work

My triumph is fairly new, not even a month old, and the LED flash speed working the other day when I tried to use a flashlight app or the camera. Has anyone else had this problem or know what could be wrong with it?
 
No idea. Hope it hasn't just failed completely.

Try turning it off, pull battery, hold power button for 5 seconds, reinsert battery, turn back on.

Has been known to fix some weird problems.
 
How much time have you had the light going on one of the flashlight apps. You could have just burned it out with over use.
 
The only way to burn out an LED is by applying to much voltage or current to the LED (amperage), or the LED is defective so even very little going to it would burn it out... Is there a kind of burned plasticy smell? And did you run a flashlight/ strobe light app for an extended amount of time?
