Accessories Lego Dock

Who needs to wait for an official dock? :) I had made this a few years back and just modified it to fit the Incredible. It's has a place to charge my NDS, My iPod and my Incredible along with a spare USB port.

Is the the DINC. plugged into a charger sitting like that? how did you make the connector? how easy/hard is it to connect?
 
I just used a USB cable and mounted it in the legos with epoxy. Nothing a dremel and epoxy can't do :)

EDIT: and yes it leans back like that due to some slanty blocks (roof blocks?) that I used. I wanted it to match the lean of the iPod.
 
This is pretty amazing. I want to make one...haven't had the urge to play with legos for a bit, but...that's just changed.
 
That is just so so so so cool!
Bet my grandson could do that for me.............I always collected Legos for him as he grew up.................too bad he is 1000 miles away..........

That one is for my desk at work. I may make a stand alone DINC cradle for my night stand. If there is interest for that I could sell some of those. This one was A LOT of work.

Oh, that is awesome! Great job!

I am guessing that when you posted this, you didn't realize that you would end up with a new part-time job. I too would much rather pay you for one than try to recreate what you have already done so well.

If you build it, we will buy...
 
Ok so I just ordered enough bricks to make a stand alone cradle. Going to make it all black with red accents. It was 25 bucks worth of bricks. I'll post pics when I get it done.
