Proud to be an Okie, the most over represented people ever! We along with Texas also have the best Mexican food available. It is literally exactly the same as in authentic food in Mexico but with oodles and gobs of cheese added and I love it. I suffer withdrawals when I travel outside the Southwest where their idea of Mexican food is Taco Bell (yuk!).
