U still have a copy of the slim zip rom? Will this work on my shoe phone?
The slim ROM used your permissive kernel.Anyone has the boot.img from the slimrom bc im not sure if the stock boot.img or my boot.img was used.
So i guess imma have to figure out the camera files to make it work again because when i was using a custom kernel on my stock rom it would break camera unless i was on stock kernel. The slim ROM used your permissive kernel.

Have you tried making it think it's not a permissive kernel? I'd say ask RaymonFX or milanche,,,So i guess imma have to figure out the camera files to make it work again because when i was using a custom kernel on my stock rom it would break camera unless i was on stock kernel.
For NFC I guess I missed some things and if ur talking about menu button button I trying different possibilities but so far idk yetso after using for two days i noticed nfc doesn't work multitasking button also doesnt work.
beside those things and video playback it is running flawlesslyFor NFC I guess I missed some things and if ur talking about menu button button I trying different possibilities but so far idk yet
I'm a avant user myself so in terms of fixes its easier because I can test the builds myself before putting them outOk thank you, I just wanted an update to see how things are going. Its weird to see it not be able to answer calls if it wasn't for that, lack of video playback and camera I would be using it as my daily driver right now. Good luck trying to fix it, I know you can do it and I appreciate the hard work and time that you are putting in for Avant users.
Another thing is in performance, you can't change the i/o scheduler, nor is it possible to change the minimum cpu frequency. Not working:
Camera
NFC
Video playback
Answering calls
Menu button
Battery Drain not so sure it kinda fells the same as stock correct me if I'm wrong...
The stock ROM/kernel is the same way
You can change it all you want, it won't actually do anything though. I've tried multiple different apps and all of them say they change but they don't, once you back out of the app and go back in its back to stock setting.Kernel Toolkit allows changing I/O scheduler and read ahead buffer on the stock ANK3 ROM. Haven't tried any of the other settings.
Maybe its the DFVS that touchwiz useYou can change it all you want, it won't actually do anything though. I've tried multiple different apps and all of them say they change but they don't, once you back out of the app and go back in its back to stock setting.
I disabled those in wanam xposed, so I think its just the kernel.Maybe its the DFVS that touchwiz use
