Root Let's Get CM Onto Avant!

After I installed all the files for the avant in order and rebooted into system I got stuck at the Avant startup logo.
How long did you let it sit on that screen before you gave up and pulled the battery? Because I know on my phone is stays on the avant startup screen for about a min or so after coming out of recovery.

EDIT: If you did it right you should see in the top left corner of the screen "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCED" and some yellow text under that saying something along the lines of "Set warranty bit: Kernel" if it doesn't show that then you didn't flash the right zip files or something happened during the flash.

Every time I flash this rom, when I revert back to stock I'm no longer able to write to internal storage without using root access. Because of that I'm unable to download files or do anything else until I reformat the data partition.

When I was running this ROM I wasn't able to run graphic intensive games like modern combat 5 it would result in a reboot so no that h/w decoding is fixed will those games work

Also can the devs add in the google now action for the home button because when I pressed down on the home button it went into multitasking

Quick question!!!

If I backed up my phone in twrp and I backed it up to my phone storage and I wipe everything using the button in twrp, will it delete my backup?

As long as you don't wipe internal storage there should be an option to select what partition to wipe: System, Internal Storage, Cache, etc. But I recommend always putting backups and flashable zip files on a sd card.

How long would I have to wait after I have successfully flashed the rom onto my phone? I had the red text saying something like "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING" and the yellow text saying something like "Set Warranty Bit : Kernel" and I cleared everything but external SD card.

Wipe dalvik, data, system, cache flash zip be sure the size of the zip is 230-231mb or its corrupt always refer the size of the file to the source of the file to make sure it's not corrupted so same goes g
For gapps and andreno drivers
Make sure /data is wiped u can flash it back and use a nandroid app to remove all Google related apps from the /data backup and flash it back to get all your apps back (don't compress or generate md5 during /data backup
