If your kernel is based off of the lte core phone it probably won't work.Yaaaaaaaaaaaayyy!!!! (for me getting at lease one thing right today)
Now the question -
Is this easily fixable?
That DMESG is LITERALLY just from a CM11 flash with a modded boot.imgIf your kernel is based off of the lte core phone it probably won't work.

Alright. Your call. I can do something if you'd like and have one of the others test.Hmm... I'll have repo init and get everything setup. Bad thing is my wife has the phone and she works a lot,but I'll see what I can do.
Which one did u download the 386T or 386T1?Downloading the Samsung source took forever.
I've got the T-Mobile advant so I downloaded just t.Which one did u download the 386T or 386T1?
Someone on XDA had a stock debloated ROM but he took so many things out that it broke WiFi calling and WiFi itself.Have you guys been able to build a stock kernel or a stock kit kat ROM?
Sometimes WiFi calling is added by cell provider. Most cm11 and cm12 ROMs don't have WiFi support, but actual WiFi should work. With what Samsung provided you guys should be able to get cm11 up and going. Cm12 might be a little harder, but should be do able. I'll have to add android cm11 to my build box. Then add the kernel to the build. It looks like the Samsung platform has the common and prirtory files in it.Someone on XDA had a stock debloated ROM but he took so many things out that it broke WiFi calling and WiFi itself.
i thought stock aosp roms only work on nexus devices???First thing first. I say we build a stock 4.4.2 kitkat ROM. Then work our way up to cm.
They're made for them, but you can build other devices off them. Thats what all the phone manufacturers do, but they add their own stuff to the source.i thought stock aosp roms only work on nexus devices???
Ive built a stock kernel for the avant ive even built a custom kernel but it breaks camera on stock romHave you guys been able to build a stock kernel or a stock kit kat ROM?
I was going to do that but another respected dev told me not to!They're made for them, but you can build other devices off them. Thats what all the phone manufacturers do, but they add their own stuff to the source.
If you got the kernel built you should have no problem building a stock rom.Ive built a stock kernel for the avant ive even built a custom kernel but it breaks camera on stock rom
You should be able to without any problems. Once you get a stock ROM up and running you should be able to start working on cm11.I was going to do that but another respected dev told me not to!
Good to know. I would've started sync by now, but my internet speed is at 300 kbp/s on a good day.You should be able to without any problems. Once you get a stock ROM up and running you should be able to start working on cm11.
I've got I think 3 or 4 Mbps. [emoji14]Good to know. I would've started sync by now, but my internet speed is at 300 kbp/s on a good day. [emoji14]
Your custom kernel shouldn't have broke anything unless your missing the drivers or something.Ive built a stock kernel for the avant ive even built a custom kernel but it breaks camera on stock rom
It don't matter. You're ahead of me cause you've got a working stock kernel. I'm still downloading sources.Goodness. I normally get 3 or 4 MB/s. Should I take care of aosp and u guys do cm since u already have it synced?
