We don't allow double posting in that thread. Also we have came up with several new game ideas there. Spaming in this thread can lead those who want to talk to use the FGL at times, and there are people who like that thread and not this one due to spam.

When FGL was made this one was not around (yes this was made first, but it was not allowed for quite a while). Plus you should not just post spam in that thread. Off topic conversations, yes. Random nonsense and spam, no.
 
There was actually quite a discussion between the staff before I made the FGL and why it should be in the lounge vs FG...it was also when my intro to FG sticky was made...

Now here's an idea, move any spam from any thread into this one (unless it's true spam) and then deal with the user that is to be banned. That would make this a lot longer :D

The only reason I would suggest that from the FGL is that many of the people who post in the FGL have posted here...and what is considered spam could be variable depending on the person :)
