Yeah...which is odd since really you can play 720p off a class 4...

So supposedly with the PS4 you can't use preowned games without rebuying a key for the game... meaning you have to buy the game then buy a key... So kinda like how a lot of computer games are...

Yea so? lol they still make ps2 games which came out the same time the gamecube did...

It came out before IIRC and there are still devs making games for it so it is still profitable for someone...nobody is/was making gamecube games anymore.

true, I guess but still... I think the main turn down for devs wanting to make games was making them fit on 1.4gb mini dvds... instead of the 4gb that fits on a regular dvd or 8gb on a dual layer...

Yea since Nintendo started using regular sized dvds... Weirdly enough though on games that were made for both the ps2 and gamecube the gamecube had better graphics I'm fairly certain...

I think it was too. I can't remember all it had and am too lazy to look at the wiki, but I know it has and ATI graphics card (or what is now AMD). It's kinda a shame though. I think if Nintendo chose to use standard size discs instead of mini disks it would have been a beast, but they didn't... It's still a good console IMO though.

true. I mean Microsoft and Sony copied Nintendo's idea for controlling games using motion control...

Well sony had the PS Eye didn't it...kinda motion control...but nintendo had a better implementation IMO...I haven't tried the newer variants of the motion control that was released after the wii so I can't judge that but I know the microphone looking thing doesn't look as great as the wiimote

True they did have the eye... I forgot about that. Although I think the kinect is more based on that than the wiimote and the psmove is based on the wiimote. It's like Sony gave up and Microsoft picked up where they left off... Although Nintendo had voice controlled games...
