Yea online support told me to call so I will call... I hope they can just give me a new activation code though. I don't want to wait again for one in the mail...

Tell em you have an unlocked phone, but if this could change your plan and you don't want to, use the serial of the phone that wont change your plan....

you never need the serial of the phone. It is not needed for anything. 999999999999999 is all you need as the phone's serial. ;)
