Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

Thanks for this thread. I've had a good time learning how to capture screenies of my phone almost as much as I like messing with it. Had to tweak a batch file to help it find my Java stuff on Windows 7, but I got it done. Like everyone else, these screens will always be changing. Here's my baby as of today.

#1: HTC Camera, HTC Calendar, Dolphin Browser HD, Handcent
#2: HTC Camera, HTC Camcorder, HTC Photo Gallery, Camera Illusions,
Funny Cams, FxCamera, PhotoFunia, Camera 360,
PicSay, PRO Paint, Retro Camera, Vignette Demo

#4: Mabilo Ringtones, Tone Picker, Facebook (for HTC Sense?), AppBrain,
Mobisle Notes, HTC/Google Navigation, Better Alarm Clock, Android Market
Laputa Book Reader, LockMe Widget, HTC Search People, Voice Recorder (Tokashiki)
#5: Gauge Battery Widget, DroidStats Widget, TaskPanel X Widget, Android Power Control Widget

Smart Volume Free runs up top. It locks all volume controls!

All apps and widgets on my phone are free and were downloaded from the Market (except Mabilo Ringtones) or came with the device.

Lots more stuff on my Appbrain List: ohmyhead's Apps on the phone
All shown apps and widgets are listed there. To get Mabilo Ringtones, you must get Mabilo Sounds from the Market, then follow instructions in that app to get the MUCH better Mabilo Ringtones app.

The two screens not shown large are the HTC Favorites widget (People) and the HTC Mail client pulling GMail.

Executive_method, what did you customize your phone with? And nice family. Most folks who covet Jager like that aren't able to keep families. :D

How do you change your top task bar icons like this? Really has a nice look. Do you need root or did you just add stuff?

I primarily use LauncherPro (with a Droid themed setup), but I decided for the fun of it to make an iPhone themed ADW Launcher setup... here she is!

Pretty slick...
I get so many people asking if my phone is the new iphone.. I should do this and really confuse people. :D

Hey guys we are getting lazy on posting what apps are with screen shots. Please go back and ADD to your OP what the apps are please!

Where did you get that clock? I absoluetly love the glass look.

I got it from an individual the created the skin for beautiful widgets. He hasn't finished it yet (doesn't work well in landscape mode) but was generous enough to send me the file anyways. Not available anywhere else, sorry.

How did you get the Droids on your dock?

Sorry if this was answered - I must of overlooked it.

Here ya go, I just copied and pasted from where I posted it on the last page. Let me know if you need any help.

Just an update on the custom icons in the LauncherPro dock on a phone that is not rooted. You do not need Better Cut at all, if you just use the 2.1 Gallery apk Incredible to select the icon it will show up and work on the dock. Just long press on the dock; select "applications"; then select the app you want on the dock; press "custom icon" then "Gallery" (the 2.1 Gallery you just installed); then select your icon.

If your icons do not show up in the gallery you need to find them (I used Astro File Manager) and copy them to a spot where the Gallery will find them (a photo folder). Some icon packs are easier to find than others. I could not find one pack and had to do a backup (as suggested by Waynester) and then I was able to find the icons in the backup folder and then copied them to a photo folder, using Astro.

Is there a way to make the icons in the dock bigger in launcher pro? The pictures make it looks like everyones icons are way bigger then mine... Maybe its just an illusion..

DroidX-ish...

Alright blue rocket's post inspired me! I took the iphone theme to the next level lol. I used folder organizer to change the icons. The launcher is launcher pro. I photoshopped the dock onto the official iOS4 wallpaper and added the reflections to make the glass look more glass-like. The keyboard is Smart Keyboard Pro and the lock screen is lock bot free.

This stuff is cool. I have no idea how to root phones and all of this extra stuff. Would love to learn so my phone can be this slick. I work with what HTC gives me but I need more. Lol. I love this phone and want my layout to be one of the best...

I dont think this phone is even rooted? If it is I am missing something, but you can make a non rooted phone look exactly like this. srh_pres correct me if I am wrong please.

Nope, you are right. I think most of us are using Launcher Pro or ADW Launcher, then download some new icons, add a few widgets and you've got it.

The program that does the Cube/Barrell is called DXtop, the only time there is lag is when I have a live background...but then again I dont have sense on the device.
