Is this the stock Sense? If so, how do you have 7 screens? I only have 6?
I am new to incredible and still learning. Is there a setting?

Its the same widget, Beautiful Widgets Smaller Home. LauncherPro allows you to customize the size of your widgets, so i just changed it from 4X1 to 3X1, cutting off the temperature portion.

You didn't search very hard, the link to them has been posted in this thread quite a few times :D

Since I am too lazy to search the thread myself... download them from the link in the last post on this page.

Unzip them on your computer, then transfer them to your SD card. I think there is an unzip app. Here it is. I've never used it, though

I got it all to work!!

i am only having one issues. My icon for Mail (non gmail) does not work. When I select the Icon and save it, it converts back to the stock icon.
 

My main screen and my first screen to the right, which is what I use the most b/c I keep most things in my LauncherPro dock.

Right1 screen, LauncherPro messaging app, and a few application shortcuts.
Right2 I didn't include, b/c the screenshot messed up and I'm too lazy to take another and send it through email, etc. (Just a calendar and agenda widget, nothing special)

Left1, just LauncherPro's People and Bookmark widgets.

Left2, feeds and a google search.

:Stuffs used:
LauncherPro Plus (Widgets: Bookmarks, People, Messages)
Weather: Weather Toggle Widget
Clock: Tajm
Battery Status: BattStat
Icons: LauncherPro Icon thing (in market)

Are you using bettercut? Because I'm pretty sure that is a known bug with the app. Also when you try and make a icon to the people app it won't link

What app are you trying to use to change the icon? And are you trying to change it on the dock bar or the homescreen?

I have never had a problem with any icons using Better Cut. And I was able to make the stock mail app and the GMail app icons change using it. If that's not working for you, try using Folder Organizer instead.

If you need further assistance, let me know.
 
I have changed things around a little bit:

Lock Screen - Widget Locker. Executive Assistant for the counts and the lock bar buttons are unlock and the new led flashlight.

I know you provided us with the link for the custom android icons from the xda developer's site. But when I tried DLing, it prompted me to sign in. Do I have to join or is there a way i'm not aware of to DL it without joining/signing in?

Btw, i love your set up! I'm still trying to figure out how to post screenshots so I can show everyone who's helped me with customization can see their contributions of ideas.

I was already a member when I found them so honestly I don't know. But if it's asking you to sign in then that most likely means that you need to. It's a free site so just go ahead and register. It's worth it anyway since a lot of cool stuff you might want is on that site, expecially if you ever want to root.
 
I'm new to Launcher Pro/ADW etc... but how do you guys get the text clocks a lot of you have?

I love the look and just got beautiful widgets and was looking at the clocks and didn't see it?

Any help would be great.

My goal is to get it for the time & battery.

The clock is TAJM and the clock is BATTSTATT
