Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

Cool. I've been messing with both programs, but can't find the resize option with LP+. Also have no idea how to make the icons bigger with DV. Any help is appreciated. Thanks-

With LP, just long press a widget until it vibrates, and release. There should be an orange box around it with a gray triangle in the bottom right corner. Drag this to resize.

With DV select add widget -> Desktop Visualizer and select the size you want. Then choose your icon and action

Launcher Pro's resize option is only available if you've purchased the Plus version - then you long press on the icon/widget of your choice it should 'highlight' and give you a thing in the corner you can drag out to be larger (or smaller)

DV just has various pre-determined sizes but usually will expand the image used on the widget to fit whatever size you picked

virtuous 3.0.1/launcher pro

i keep it pretty simple, and all of the homescreens show widgets only. i think it looks clean, and easy to navigate. i picked up this wallpaper off of the wallpaper thread on this forum, but i don't remember what page # it was on.

nothing fancy. just clean and easy to use

Go Bucks!

What skin of beautiful widgets weather is that?

Hey Chimpy, nice clean look. I like it!

What are the following:
AH.fm - what app is that?
YouTube - how'd you get that small of a widget?
sports scores (top right window) - what widget is that?
AH.fm (Leading Trance Radio - Afterhours), NPR, WFAN, and DI Chill are all URL shortcuts to internet radio streams that I can open with XiiaLive Lite (an internet radio player). AH.fm is an electronic dance music station.

The YouTube thing I created using Desktop Visualizer. It's actually a bookmark to the mobile YouTube page in the browser, which I find less buggy than the Android app.

ScoreMobile is the sports scores widget.

For my screenshots I choose the "middle" DV widget option. There is large, middle, small, ss small etc...

They will be quite large then just long press the text widget you just created and let go without moving it around on the screen. It will then turn foggy orange and you can resize it to your liking. I use the "middle" DV widget option so the text will be sharp and crisp at almost any size.

Hope that helps :)

Awesome! yea kk#1 is the way to go

Hey thanks again for all your help the past few days.

I am trying to find out how to change my Gtalk Notification to the actual bubble. I can not seem to find where I saw it. I swore someone had it in a screenshot here. I've looked here and over at xda. Ever hear of a mod to do this?

It's my pleasure :-)

I've searched the net like crazy to locate some info on the gtalk bubble noti....and I found squat! lol

Have you tried a post at xda to see if someone would be so kind to oblige you? ;)

Got it. Finally. Thanks for the help guys.

Sorry just saw this.

No, there is a "kitchen" in which you can do a custom "circle battery" in which you can add a icon package (here) and there is an icon that is similar. Have not tried to do it yet. Maybe today.

How are you liking MIUI?

Ahh I see. I'm loving it although I did go back v .2 because .3 was fubar on me. I went back to sense for a day this past wknd, but as soon as I got it all set up I flashed MIUI again lol. It's really my favorite after all I've tried.

Does anyone know where I can find this widget, or (even better) a fully transparent version?

That and a transparent last.fm widget. I can't find one anywhere.

Once I get those, I'll be pretty much done.

It should be a widget that was added with froyo. If you go to the add widget and hit calculator you can pick one of the four calculators they have

Greetings, everyone! I see a lot of awesome ideas out there and thought I would post my current layout. I have a relatively stock HTC DROID Incredible 2.2 still running the HTC Sense UI... so nothing special.

Lock Screen:

I use WidgetLocker Lockscreen with Digital Clock Widget and Weather forecast widget.

Home Overview:

Home Screens from left to right:

Home One:

Here is just the stock HTC Bookmarks widget.

Home Two:

This is the Games area. For the center double row of icons I used four Multicon Widgets. The bottom right icon is for an app group using App Categories, which is the best way I've found of organizing the 100+ apps on the phone. Here's a pic of the App Categories pop-up list:

Home Three:

The top widget is from Music Mod. This is a really nice music player, and one of the few that has a 4x1 widget that shows album art. Here's a shot of the main app:

There's a lot to this Music Mod, but it is just a skin for the stock HTC player. The middle section of icons is, again, four MultiCon widgets with the bottom-right icon being a shortcut using the AppCategories. The very bottom widget is just Pandora Radio.

Home Four:

This is the main home screen. I had the standard HTC Sense 4x2 Clock/Weather widget on here for a long time, but recently opted for the Beautiful Widgets Small Home with the DroidGlows skin so I could open up the screen a bit to show some wallpaper. The middle row of icons is another set of four MultiCon widgets. The bottom section is three separate widgets. From left to right: TeslaLED Flashlight, Control Bar, and Brightness Level. I like this CurveFish Brightness widget because of the single-tap menu that pops up:

Home Five:

This is my communications page that also has some things I like close to the main home screen. The top row is the Recent Contacts Widget. It's the nicest 4x1 contacts widget I could find that's free. It's simple, doesn't scroll but has three screens that alternate by pressing the right side of the widget. Here's a shot of the pop-up dialog box after tapping a contact:

The middle row of icons is another set of four MultiCon widgets. The bottom widget, which I'm looking for an alternate due to this one constantly running both and app and a service, is Extended Controls. This is very customizable with skins and a good list of options and sizes, plus it has a 3G Hotspot toggle.

Home Six:

This is my Travel page. It houses the nav and shopping apps. The middle row of icons is the set of four Multicon widgets, and the bottom right "Utilities" icon is a shortcut using AppCategories.

Home Seven:

The last home screen is just the stock HTC Calendar widget.

Well, that's it for now. I assume it will all change again after I figure out how 2ksk2k did his. Any questions, feel free to ask.

It should be a widget that was added with froyo. If you go to the add widget and hit calculator you can pick one of the four calculators they have
The calculator widget is an HTC-only widget, I believe. It isn't included in Skyraider Vanilla.

I was hoping someone knew where I could find the ported widget, but I'm starting to think it doesn't exist.
