It's called "digital clock widget" by Maize. it's in the market for free, pretty customizable too.

Create a folder on your SD card and save only the icons you want to that folder.

That is Agenda Widget (2x2) -- you can customize the skin. I made it transparent.

That is extremely cool. I love the fact that you've got a clock widget that matches the Dali background. (It took me a minute to realize that was an actual clock showing the actual time.)
