"Screw you, buddy. It's mine now!"
Dude, I'm sorry you lost your phone, but what do you think anyone who opens this thread is gonna say (write)- especially after having read about your ordeal in the other thread?
Nobody here would be that much of an asshole as to admit they would keep a Droid they found! But in no way what so ever is this poll is an accurate reflection of what the majority of folks out in the world would actually do in that scenerio.
In other words, of course we would all turn in a Droid- We're all Droid enthusiasts! We would best be able to imagine the feeling of loss. But let's face reality; the world is full of scumbags.
Your Droid needs to be replaced.
even though I am a Droid enthusiasts.true story ... but i remember when i was in high school camping with my family i found a wallet in about 8 ft of water. Took it ashore and searched for an ID. While waiting for a call back my dad and I emptied the contents and dried it all out for the owner to prevent further paper damage. Put it all back together and took it over to the owner as soon as he called. Turned out to be a just graduated college student who lost it fishing that day. He counted it right in front me, over $1200 cash. Tipped me $40 for bringing it back to himIt makes me happy to see alot of people would return it.. Just everyone would actually honor what they say.. I mean its been said once before but, what people say and what people do is 2 totally different things.
... so yes, i would return a droid if i found it!You really can't go wrong with that whole "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" thing. What goes around comes around...![]()
