That's the very same one... Unfortunately, that was the only case they had when the phone came out. I was literally paying for the phone at the time (release date), and they had cases for it at the counter. The other colors (fushia & yellow) weren't masculine enough, so I chose the lesser of the three evils. Besides, the Body Glove was the only case Sprint carried that had a kickstand. Come to find out a couple of weeks later, a few other manufactures started to trickle in their own kickstand-ready cases.
But by this time, I was starting to feel the strain of using my 3DVO for hours on end, and having the battery get soft on me after playing 3 straight hours of Angry Bird. So it got me thinking that rather than just settle for yet another case and have the same battery problem, why not take it up a notch and buy the extended battery and case. I've heard great reviews on the Seidio 4000mah, and the case was pretty decent too, so why not. The only two drawbacks about the case is that the skeleton surrounding the silicon isn't metal, and that it doesn't come with a kickstand.
I brought up the point to Seidio that if they're selling an oversized battery to help prolong and extend the usage of the 3DVO, wouldn't it make sense to produce a case that helps support the device upright. So rather than pissing off customers with an all new extended battery case with a kickstand, which according to them should be made available in the coming month, I'd love to see them take advantage of their plastic skeleton cage and replace it with a metal one with a sturdy and/or collapsable kickstand incorporated on it somehow. That way, existing customers of the extended battery case aren't buying yet another case, but rather upgrading the skeleton cage for one with the optional kickstand... For a cheaper price of course. That would make the most sense. Especially if they want repeat customers.
