I went a head and made my own txt icons to match exactly the apps I placed on the dock. I made them from scratch in PS to have a bit more freedom.
BTW, in live in SoFlo too. Go Heat!

A little late on this, but does anyone know what weather widget that is? I've been using Snowstorm, but I hate it's inaccurate 5 hour forecasts.
Edit: Nevermind, it is called Weather Widgets (yr.no) and uses the same annoying 5 hour forecasts as Snowstorm.

How did you change the clock font? The stock one drives me crazy!

if you are rooted you can flash a system font zip just like you would a rom or theme

How did you get the calendar completely transparent? i cant seem to get it like that.Here is mine using launcher pro plus, widget locker, mini info widget, apps organizer, jorte calender, and more.
Next screen is Jorte calender with agenda (by jorte, same app)

begin by changing your home launcher program. search the market for adw launcher or launcher pro.
i think most people in this thread use launcher pro. read through the first post of this thread it has been updated with a good set of instructions on how to get started.
