you can use lockbot to change your lock screen to have a different picture. some of use are just changing the wallpaper and taking pictures at different times, but not actually using them on the phone at the same time.

would be cool if there was a way to set different wallpapers for all 7 screens..

You must be rooted. You need to flash that .zip file with a custom recovery.

Yeah, missed your first post. The last update broke the colors for the dots on the no background. if you read reviews in the app you will see complaints of this. I haven't check in a while to see if there is a fix.

Maybe just re-install the app?

yes, look for folder organizer lite - free app or better cut - $$

also a lot of us are using launcher pro for our home screens instead of sense. you will lose sense widgets, but are replaceable with similar widgets from the market. you can grab home switcher too for easy switching between the 2.

check page 27 for folder organizer tutorials. reading through pages 20 to here will find you lots of good stuff.

you can do most of what the rooted guys are doing by using these programs.

Well actually i guess i at least got it to this point?
Here are my screens, Chicago skyline at night, Pure calendar widget, switchpro, and minimum icon pack. My favorite deal about all of this or at least the thing that i think looks the coolest is the scrolling 3D app drawer. I took a screen grab of it in case anyone hasnt tried it, it looks cool, not any more practical though.

yes, i used launcher pro and folder organizer to get it done. found icons on market titled minimum (it says u have to use bettercut but folder organizer did fine with them).

Bought the switch pro app and pure grid calendar.
