No, you can change them up in the free version. Simply press and hold on the icons you want to change and follow the prompts.

It's not an icon pack. The dock icons are custom made in Photoshop. I snagged someone's plain text icons and used that as a template. Pretty simple, once I figured out the size and transparency details.

I used them as a template to create my own as I didn't have the icons you used. They still look good though.
