Looks cute. I think it could be done. You would just need to find a developer. On that note, good luck! I think they're working on their own ROMs and ICS CM9.
MIUI went open source in Feb. So it shouldn't be too hard.
Of corse, I'm having problems compiling known good code, so I probably shouldn't talk
