I have an LG Connect 4G. I have been playing with ROM's after rooting the phone, with success, untill I did something wrong. The phone is stuck in what I believe is the "boot menu" and I can't seem to get it past this. I loaded a ROM onto the memory card and succesfully installed it, then tried to "reboot" without success. It just keeps coming back to the "boot menu". I am at a loss and desperatlly need my phone because I am self employed and it is my only means of attaining customers. Anyone with any info would be more help than I have now and highly appreciated. Thanks for reading and I'mlooking forward to hearing some ideas.

what do you mean flash? wipe data/factory reset then wipe cache partition then wipe dalvik cache? then delooper?

Flash means to install it. Do not wipe anything. But like i said before you do make sure you installed the rom correctly. If you're not sure it wouldn't hurt to wipe all those things you mentioned and install the rom again.

Thanks Everyone,

Glad I found this forum and thankfully the link above. I had previously loaded ClockworkMod on my LG Connect a few month back, went thru all the steps rooted the phone so I could load some hotspot apps, everything was great! I bought an iPhone a couple months ago as I couldn't stand constantly having my Android plugged-in to keep the battery charged. I decided to give my old Android to my daughter-in-law, but better wipe the memory, my contacts, etc first. Yikes! After the reset nothing worked, but the ClockworkMod recovery. I thought no problem I flashed a new rom, but then I was constantly in the loop of returning to the clockworkmod after restarting.

I loaded the delooper, ran it, restarted, the boot images changed, so I at least knew that something was different...once it finished it booted up to the new Rom... Whew!!!
