You're gonna need to get this on to your sd card then flash it using cwm

HTF does anybody download stuff from 4shared anyway? I've never been able to without having to install some malware or buy something.....
Ok. So Whe I use this link it should download onto SD, Right? Excuse me...not real savvy. lol
Yes. Just download it and send it to the sd card, in the open area, not in a folder. Then flash it as you would with a ROM 
Sorry, my bad. You have to download using your PC and send it to SD using a card reader, cuz i don't think you can access your SD in the phone with our CWM. I think.... lol

can via adb, but not with usb mass storage.
PGod is right Shaina, phone stuck in ClockworkMod will NOT act as an SDcard reader if plugged into your computer, you will need a separate SDcard reader or one of those SD to microSd card adapters using your PC's SD reader to fix your phone, it's the only way
