I have restored data with Titanium backup pro... I'm not sure if the free version has this ability, but you should check. Also make sure to make a backup of your TB backup to your PC, just in case the one on your phone becomes corrupt.

*Tip*
In TB pro use the batch feature which makes things much easier.

Yeah got tb pro just wasnt sure if would corrupt rom by using backup data
