LG Esteem

Yes you can unroot your phone. You need to do a factory reset. And it is their not there when you are talking about a person. You had it right once then went on with a couple there. It should be used instead of them or they. Have a good day.
 
I am considering purchasing the lg esteem but was waiting for it to have an instant rebate instead of the mail-in... they did have it on wirefly for $248 but it's currently out of stock :( but i was doing some research and noticed that the LG optimus LTE will be available to Canada now, so it's availability is no longer limited to Korea and i have a hunch it'll most likely be available for Metro pcs as well, most likely towards the end of the year or beginning of January.. so should i just wait until then?? any advice? :) thanks...

btw the lg optimus lte specs are 4.5 inch HD NOVA display, 1.5GHz dual core processor, 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, LTE and Gingerbread :D

Please post the article that says metro will get that. Metro doesn't get high end phones like that until they have been on the market for awhile so I doubt metro will get that phone. I believe the esteem will be metros best phone till at least this summer

that depends on if the Huawei Glory lives up to the hype (I doubt it). ;)

I don't think I could ever go back to not having 4g so the glory can keep its 1.4 ghz. Plus I love my big screen the glory only has 4inches. Anyway once we can use your kernel then we will be able to go 1.6GHz if its stable at that speed.

yea I doubt the Glory lives up to the hype and its almost outdated and its not even released yet lol. I'm still on 3G so I dont know what I'd miss not having 4g yet lol.

You're missing all the good stuff. Metro's version of 3G is pretty worthless, in fact their 4G is running at everyone else's 3G speeds. Hopefully the rumors about Metro increasing the LTE speed this month are true.

ok so the esteem is now available of wirefly for $249.99 again yayyyyyy :D i want to order mine tonight but um has anyone purchased from wirefly before?? are they legit? because i google liked crazy and haven't found one person that has purchased their esteem from wirefly although it is available for 249 without having to wait for the mail in rebate

no, phone has to be rooted and SU need to be install, cause apps like root explorer needs permissions from you to delete/modify you phone.
 
has anyone successfully purchased the lg esteem from wirefly? i just placed an order on wirefly last night, but haven't found one person that said they bought it off their site and has successfully received it.. so i'm starting to freak out a bit lol so if anyone has please let me know.. thanks

i heard of people's purchase from there, but i havn't, but make sure you keep your receipt and make sure you keep up with your tracking number if one is provided.

Ill believe that when I see it and probably just add another phone to the growing collection to catch up to Nuttmeg

Also theres ALWAYS going to be something better down the road. SO whatever phone is supposedly dropping at the end of December will soon be replaced by a better.

yep, this is by far the best phone metro has had and will be on top till the dual core phones come out the metro suppose to be getting in the first or second quarter, but also keep in mind even with a dual core phone depending on the manu, this still might be on top (IMO) :D

It isn't AS wack as the ascend ;) imo it'll do alright just because it has sense and its an htc a lot of metro user will probably think its just another version of the evo :D
