The program crashed? Or the phone crashed? I think you'll have to send it to repair. Pulling the phone out in the middle of an update process usually bricks it.

Have you been able to switch off the phone (remove battery) and get it to reboot?

no the phone has an internal battery the SIM card is put on a metal piece and then inserted in the right side to take it out it needs a metal g thing that pushes out the metal piece holding the SIM card ............ it is very unusual.

i only tried a backup the program crashed the phone was stuck with only the black light turned on looks exactly like my lg TV when i first turn it on a faint white in the screen ............
it looks weird.

PLEASE ANY OTHER ADVICE ?

THANKS ANYWAY ..................:)

OK you could wait for the battery to expire so the phone is off and try a reboot or if you wish, remove the battery (see this link http://recomhub.com/blog/how-to-replace-your-lg-g2-battery-in-5-steps/)
If you can reboot let me know what happens?

I thought the battery will die but i used to get 6 days out of it with light use mostly calls and music playing and an alarm every day so leaving it in this semi dead condition this thing could run for two weeks at least ............... :(

Wow this is scary pry open the phone man i wont do that that is risky ................. but big thanks for your help :)

Welcome Sam Kam!
I've moved your thread here to the LG G2 forum for more input from the G2 owners ;)

Cool thanks ......... :)

To power off a G2, you can long press the power button for no less than 15 seconds.

WOW ........... that worked my phone is alive and kicking exactly the same when i started the backup thing ..................... HUGE THANKS :) :) :)
