I was playing Candy crush soda, the app crashed and now my home screen is not working, it is just black. I have deleted the app, tried restarting the phone, took the battery out, nothing is helping!!! Please help?!

Do you have a launcher installed? also are you rooted and running any custom roms?

I have no idea.....I contacted boost mobile, they said it needed a hard reset, but now it is going back and forth between the 4glte screen and the screen with the boost logos moving up and down.....so frustrated!

I am having the same issue, I'm at the 4gLTE screen and it just keeps popping up, will not go to the home page nothing. I've tried several times taking the battery out. Does any one know if a hard reset can be done by me or do I need to take it into a Boost store? It's a Sunday and I'm really stuck and don't want to wait until tomorrow.

If you can't get your phone to boot at all, last resort would be to try the un-brick/un-root method to restore your phone to stock.
