Root lg optimus v no recovery option/erased everything

tried to install cyanogen 7. phone will not boot into any type of recovery. it is gone. will only turn on and show IHO. then will show cyanogen 7 logo and the freezes. i have tried adb/fastboot. i have downloaded sdk. I dont understand how to push recovery to phone.I have tried almost everything I can find. can anyone please give some advice/help? thx in advance. mr29

Explain what you downloaded, how you went about installing it. Also what method did you use to root, and do you have the latest su and su binaries? Do you have Busybox installed and what version? What OS is your phone, 2.2.1 or 2.2.2. Did you install the recovery from ROM manager?Did you install the MiRaGe ROM? Where did you get the ROM from?Did you get it from ROM Manager? Did you install from ROM Manager?
