There is a difference between making an assumption or judgment and stating an opinion.

How many atheists do you know? If one behaves badly do you associate that behavior with other atheists? If so, then basically one encounter has made you predisposed to think all like people behave the same. Now, turn it around, does one Christian or Muslim that I might run into set the stage for all the rest?

This was what I was trying to get at. I am an atheist, I try to be on my best behavior when discussing philosophical topics. Is it because I care about the other person that I behave this way? No, it is due to the fact that I don't think many people come across self-identified atheists all that much so in turn I consider myself an "unofficial spokesman" for other atheists since this person will most likely (assumption on my part) associate other atheists with me. (Hope this was clear enough :D)

Personally, I do the same for many subjects such as age, beliefs, nationality, political parties, etc.

Lets not ridicule WADude. maybe we can lead by the example we are trying to get him to see. Besides, the turtle's name is not Keith but A'Tuin (or the Great A'Tuin if you are a believer). The four elephants on his back are Berilia, Tubul, Great T'Phon, and Jerakeen and it is their job to carry the world. there was a fifth elephant but he fell off.

The original question was "Ok. So explain to me in detail. What happened before the Universe? What made what made the Universe? Why did matter just coincidently decide to form itself into humans who have emotions?".

The fact is, we don't know. No one does. Maybe we'll find out one day though :)

Thats the thing, how can you believe it happened if there is no proof, evidence, or anything as to what happened? Just "scientists think", they think, they believe, they dont know. A little while ago, someone asked me what made my god, I said himself, because he is what he is. Yall said that means nothing, yet, the big bang means something, even though we have no evidence of it. I just want to know what you guys think.

It's called the Discworld universe by Sir Terry Pratchet. Look it up. Might want to start with reading "Small Gods". It's a lot of fun and is a nice critical allegory on the crazy things we humans do in the name of religion. It's a good laugh and based largely on bits and pieces of real world belifes and events (such as the Turtle Universe mentioned above).
