There are different color lines going all the way across my screen. Its not just one or two lines, the entire screen is made of lines ranging from black to white. When I remove the battery and replace it, the phone does not restart it just pops up with the screen of lines. Anyway to fix this?

I'm afraid this sounds as if the LCD has failed, and you're looking at a replacement screen.
