Root [Link] Radios for S-off

lol yea i should :D when i tested this radio my kernel acted up so i thought it was the radio i guess not because i have been running it for a few weeks :p.

So you like the 08 radio better? Haven't tried it. Tried 0706 and right now on 0530 which has seemed to work best so far for me.

530 has given me better signal strength than 08. I didn't test speeds though. I think it's between those two for most people, depending on your location

I've decided I like 0808 better than 0530. Seems a lot less signal fluctuation for me. The bars fluctuate still, but the actual signal is steady and better.

Is it just me or do the download links don't work a lot of the time? I looked through both Leslie Anne's thread and this one to see if I was the only one having trouble downloading different radios, but strangely enough nobody has said a thing about the download links...

Can this seriously be done with the JuopunutBear HBOOT or do I have to downgrade? When I tried downgrading following the Turn Your Phone Into HTC Evo 3D guide, it completed bootlooped my phone, running Meanroom (Sense 3.6-based)

Never done anything to any phones until last night, turned it into a 3D and it got a lot better at work, then I switched it to 808 radio, that you posted, and it's even more stable now. Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure what's going on, but I clicked on each radio's link in the first post and none of them will download! They all open a new tab that expires and says "Google Chrome couldn't find cmw.22aaf3.com" I also tried firefox and it wouldn't download any of the radios either. I really want to try out 0808, please help me find out why it can't download. And I am on a computer.

I also went to the xda link in the first post and tried to download from there but I got the same error message.

I can make a radio update from the 2.17 build and the 2.89 build. Don't have access to the others right now.

For now these links still work and will likely continue working but it's possible the links could change at some point. I won't be updating this post anymore because I started a thread for this along with some other downloads. I will be keeping the thread updated. See link below.

I hate to throw a disclaimer on here but I have to say, flash at your own risk. I have not tested these.

These contain only files from the ruu. These files are:

Radio.img

Android-info.txt

That's it. The Android-info.txt file has been modified to support both sprint evo 3d and virgin mobile evo v. These should work without a hitch but I can't be responsible if anything goes wrong.

Now, who will be my brave guinea pig? :p

I am the guinea pig brave enough to test this :). It boots and I just did a speedtest. It improved the speed but for some strange reason it's hosted in Wisconsin Rapids, WI by Solarus. What in the world!!??!?!?!?! I live all the way in Jacksonville Florida. What kind of voodoo is this? :p Good voodoo I guess. :D. I'll post a speedtest in a few minutes from my phone. I live in a dead area and normally get around 200kbps but now it's more about 400+kpbs in my house. We'll see the EVDO power when I go to an area that actually gets decent signal. :)

Awesome! Thanks a lot for testing and for posting results! Glad I didn't brick your phone :p
Glad it's giving you some improvement!

Can anyone say if these radios gave them better signal/speeds compared to the 0808 or 530 radio? I still can't download 0808 or 530 (or any of the other ones for that matter) because the link appears broken. Could anyone please post a link to these two radios?? Thanks!

When I have time I will remake the rest of them. It just takes awhile because I have to download all the ruu's to pull files from. I already had the two that I posted so I put them together real quick.
