I disagree, the text could be switched to white or green and the background could be black in regards to the lower pic. I think it would actually mesh better with the starting page than how it is now.

I flashed it and had all sorts of gmail issues. None of my emails would send, even after numerous cache and data wipes of the gmail app itself. It kept saying "no connection" when scrolling through my emails even though I was connected to strong WiFi and it wasn't syncing properly with the web based gmail. It would say I had 4 new emails when in fact I had none.

Needless to say that was enough for me to go back to old faithful, CM7. Like we spoke about, even though LTB was nice, I felt like such a traitor for rocking a kanged CM ROM

i agree,it could be easily black themed like the stock one is in LTB.

Someone needs to theme it and soon. I hate everything about it the way it is. I'm sure it looks great on a tablet, but I think it's too squished for phones.

No clue, I'm sure if I really wanted to get to the bottom of it and fix it I probably could have ;)
 
ive never checkd to be honest... i test now and then to make sure it works,but ive got wifi at home and alot of the places i hang out,so i havent really used it much.

are you tethering on 3g or 4g? have you ever done speed tests? i only get 1.5ish down on 3g, im not sure how much less than that youll see to the device youre tethering...
 
I must be missing a step. I followed all the instructions on installing a new ROM and after I installed LTB 2.3 and the short setup questions it asks, I do not see any of my installed apps. Do I manually have to restore all my purchased apps and contacts?
If so, I can't use any apps to do that because they are not there.
Also, can't get to app market because I have to yet install the required Radio. Also, I connect usb cable but I don't see my SD Card and do not find "Connect To PC" in the Settings.

This rom is a titanium backup friendly rom,meaning that you will need it to restore your apps.
You need to flash the radio in hboot to get your market working. I'm guessing you never backed up your apps so you will have to redownload them.
 
To ask it another way, after flashing a new ROM, how do I get my backed up apps and data restored when I can't access Titanium Backup? That's why I think I missed a step when using ClockworkMod to flash the new ROM. Thanks again.
 
As was said,you just need to flash the radio.

-flash radios
-download titanium
-run titanium to restore apps
-collect underpants
-???
-profits :D

I thought titanium (free edition) came with this Rom.

you might be right... i know for sure i downloaded the prokey so i could use batches,i dont recall that i did or didnt also download the free one.

so if thats the case,you could use it to restore individual apps that you need,but doesnt change the fact that you wont have signal until you flash the radio. :)
 
Loving this Rom! Super fast and battery life is insane. Didn't think there was that much bloat left in bamf stripped, but this is definitely as bare bones as it gets. Liquid settings far outdo the options in das bamf settings too.
 
So far loving this ROM, just as much as I did when I ran the liquid ROM for my OG droid. One question though as I've started to use Google Music. Is there a way to make the lockscreen music controls control the Google Music app instead of the stock music app?
 
I found it over at xda couldn't get it to work on my phone tried moving the apk to system/app but it would not take, probably need someone to make it an zip for the tb that can be flashed
 
I can't for the life of me get barnacle or wifi tether to work with thunderbread 2.4. I flashed the radio in the ROM sticky. This ROM is great so far other than the tether issue. Anyone have any luck tethering? I tried the old 2_0_8 version of wifi tether and kept getting errors.

I think wifi is broken in 2.4.
 
Crap. I really like this ROM but desperately need wifi tether for a vacation coming up next week. Any recommendations for something similar that one of the wireless tether apps will work on?
