Locking my two employees from adding apps and changing settings?

I bought a galaxy tab that will be used for
1. Gps.
2. Tracking device so that I know where the truck is at all times while at work.
3. Google calendar so that my guys see all job and details.
4. I'll get some messaging or phone app to communicate with them.

I don't want them to add or make any changes to the tab whatsoever.

Once I set it, I don't want them watching videos, listening to music through it or doing any other type of changes.

Thank you all for your input. This forum has helped me about 10x in 2 months already.
