see, no widgets at the bottom! anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?

Did you let the rom sit for a few minutes after the first boot up? Could also be a bad download, did you download it from your phone. Also, cant see the pics you posted in the op, and just to be clear, when you say you wipe cahe and all others 3x, you wiped everything but sd card right?

phone sat for probably 20+ mins before i did anything, then i did a titanium restore, then i tried to play with the lockscreen and some other customizations.

i downloaded to my pc from the dev's site and transferred it to my sd card. it's the same file i used to flash it originally, it worked then so i don't think it's a bad file.

correct, i did not wipe the sd.

can you see the pics now? i attached rather than linked.

Hmm, when you restored wth titanium did you restore any System data? When your in the lockscreen menu choosing which one you want, have you tried clicking on settings and choosing lockscreen shortcuts?

Try wiping cache and dalvik cache then reflash so you wont lose any data.

done: it didn't work but here's the funny thing; when i reboot, the widgets flash up on the lockscreen for a split second, then they go away. that was happening before the wipe and re-flash btw.

Is your sd card partitioned?

Might be something going screwey there.

I would do a complete wipe and reflash. I know it'll be a pita, but something is in there and wiping caches isn't helping.

no partitions.

i did a complete wipe, are you saying i should try it again? should i not restore system data after re-flash?

also just noticed that none of the lockscreens are working. they'll show up for a split second and go back to default.

DO NOT RESTORE SYSTEM DATA only user data with titanium even though its the same system I am suspecting that is the issue.
