Root Lost Launcher Icons on Home Screen

As the title says I accidently deleted my launcher icons. The ones to open up my caller options, aps, and browser. I tried to get them back on there, but I can't get them to go back to how they were before.

Edit: I'm on CM7 Backside.

Tap the home screen and hold it>shortcuts or launcher actions>choose what you're missing.
