how did i lose recovery on pg cm10 rom ... i tryed to go to recovery from power reboot recovery but i jus got a factory reset

no i didnt install 2nd-init recovery and i stoped used the loki'd kernel becuz iknew dat would happenEither that or he installed the 2nd-init recovery on top of your build.. I doubt it though because that would have probably given a MorningCall error (maybe not if on a Loki'd kernel though..)

Knew what would happen? Loki prevents morning call errors, it doesn't cause them.

Jerry, go download Titanium Back up from the play store.
Then once its installed hit the menu button (3 lines) and go down to "Clean up dalvik cache" and it should ask to clean it.
Then it should work fine :3
