I am S-Off and have been running a bunch of jellybean roms up until recently. I decided to flash this http://androidforums.com/evo-v-4g-a...oted-deodexed-everything-should-work-now.html rom.
I made sure Hboot was 1.57 and I also flashed the firmware bits supplied. Everything was jolly good until I realized that SuperSU binary was not populated. I downloaded a Root Checker and suddenly I have no root access. However, I restored my TWRP (yeah I know old school) and still have root access in those roms.
Do I need to re root after getting the 2.95 firmware or something? Sorry for the noobish question, I have scoured the forums for a few hours to no avail. Thanks to all and happy friday!
