Low Quadrant Score?

I think I'm getting a rather low Quadrant score on my Virgin Mobile F3 and I'm wondering why. I ran it multiple times and I'm getting around 4600 pretty much always. I read online that it should be over 5000. What do you guys get? Thanks.

Just got a 4759 here. Second try got a 4603.

Seems like your phone is pretty normal.
