Root low volume during calls

Im not sure if its a blown speaker (no crackling or signs of blown), or a setting that got turned on or off. But during calls the volume is very low compared to a few weeks ago. It was just sudden. No matter what i have the sound turned up to its just low sound from the earpiece.
I running mikg 3.11 and underworld 07 sbc. Are the any setting to check in mikg? Should i try reflashing the ROM? Or just take it in to have the speaker replaced? I do have voice privacy on if that does anything.

I only ask because it just happened suddenly.

try wiping dalvik cache and cache. for me any time i get weird issues like that wipe them always seems to fix the issue most of the time. if that does not work then you can try and wipe dalvik cache and cache again and then re-flash the rom.

Not sure what voice privacy is but turn that off and see if it makes a difference
