Root M8 flashed firmware in cmd, now stuck in HBOOT

ERROR 155 IMAGE ERROR One of these error messages will appear when you use the incorrect RUU to update and the image file size is larger than the Flash ROM size. In this case, download the correct RUU ver. andd try again.....is what printed out in the view doc.
 
OK, if TWRP is still good, here's the plan.

We're going to flash the stock rom, provided courtesy of the ARHD dev, mike1986.

Then we're going to root it.

Then get s-off. That's another $25 to Sunshine.

Then modify the text on the hboot.

Then unroot it.

Then install custom recovery.

I'll start copying in the things you need.
