Help mail signature problem

using microsoft active exchange to pick up my corporate outlook email. When I receive an email that has one of those long disclosures at the bottom ....

The information transmitted is intended only for the person BLAH BLAH BLAH...

My response always comes at the bottom of that discloser, in the same font and everything so it looks like it's part of the discloser, and so people are having trouble finding my message. I get a lot of response ... ??? and then I have to point out where my message is.

I've tried everything to fix this. I started using Nitro Touchdown to see if that would fix it, but it didn't.

When you reply to an email...don't you have the ability to put your reply at the top? I don't use the TBolt as a business phone on my exchange server but any phone (including my Galaxy Tab) have had this ability. It sounds like you are putting your reply below the signature of the email you are replying to...and you should put your response above their entire email.
