Help Make calls over wi-fi?

[kadiebug12]

I am traveling to Germany for 5 weeks. My Sprint service won't work in Europe, so I'll strictly be using services over wi-fi on my telephone.

What is the least expensive way for me to make calls over wi-fi back to the US?
