Make phone ring right

My friend with the Samsung A15 keeps missing calls. His old phone, a Moto G 5 g, I guess worked better that way. This thing displays 2 circles, 1 red and 1 green. I've seen how hard it is to answer it. Also, he gets spam calls. How do we make the new phone more old phone?

Easy the green ones are for when you get a call through, and red ones is when you speak with the other person on the other one.

youmail is a great spam blocker...not only for phone calls, but also for texts as well.

i'm not sure what you asking about the phone calls. does your friend not hear the phone ring or vibrate? is the phone app hard to select the option to answer the call?
 
That's it, the part about how it's hard to grab and pull the red or green. Why don't they just make it tappable? Even he could probably handle that.
