My friend with the Samsung A15 keeps missing calls. His old phone, a Moto G 5 g, I guess worked better that way. This thing displays 2 circles, 1 red and 1 green. I've seen how hard it is to answer it. Also, he gets spam calls. How do we make the new phone more old phone?

Easy the green ones are for when you get a call through, and red ones is when you speak with the other person on the other one.
youmail is a great spam blocker...not only for phone calls, but also for texts as well.
i'm not sure what you asking about the phone calls. does your friend not hear the phone ring or vibrate? is the phone app hard to select the option to answer the call?

so is the screen just not responding when trying to answer the call? or is it just difficult for your friend to slide to answer a call? there are plenty of phone call apps nthat have different ways to answer phone calls. just do a search on the play store.
To answer the call, place your finger on the green dot and slide up, that should do the trick.
How about this :
Use your phone to call him. Keep calling him until you guys figure out what works to answer the call.
As ocnbrze said, there are many phone "dialer" apps in the play store that have different options for incoming calls.
Hopefully you guys can figure things out and put the issue to rest once and for all.
