Help making calls from shortcut stoped working

I have 16 ph contacts that I use offten to make calls from home page, all of a sudden it makes the call but no sound on bluetooth or phone ,then I stop the call then i make the call from hist its works ,thanks for any help?

i have had this happen occasionally but typically after I have changed something in my set up . on the rare occasion a reboot will work... then the only fix I found was to delete the shortcut and do it again
