Root Making Icons for BW

Hey do u guys know how to make icons medium sized im having trouble these weather icons ihave are big and i cant make them medium sized pls i cant upload the others for BW
 
Are they in the framework-res or an app you can do that with your windows paint tools and edit them most icons are 72x72 and 48x48 sometimes they are 96x96

Sometimes when you change an icon size from it's original size, it doesn't want to work right. I know the .9 pngs are really sensitive for some reason.

Worth trying though. I use a program called PaintDotNet. handles Png's really well and is just a step up from stock paint on windows which makes it really easy to use. ;)

+1 Also u can use paint.net or gimp.
 
well for those of u tht have beautiful widget i was trying to make the weather hd icons smaller but ended up messing it up and ill have to try those programs u guys recommending me lol
