52 female, ordered online at 12:01 so i would get the instant rebate. love my mac but really hated the iphone--it was just a lousy phone. Love the integration of apps on droid. not particularly nerdy just love to play with tech stuff.

My wife is 42 and loves my Droid, but her contract comes due in February and by then I bet the Passion/Dragon will be something she would like. She is such a girly that when I got her an iPod Touch, the first thing she insisted upon was a pink cover!

Don't have a current gf for some reason though.

I have you know the Droid makes all of that easier. I had it displaying my recipes on Thanksgiving while I talked, cooked, switched out loads of laundry and entertained a two year old (which the Droid can do on it's own).

Most people in my school tell me how ugly the Droid is. Then again, this is the same school where every third person I see is using an iPhone. Ew.

Personally, I think the Droid is the nicest-looking phone I've ever seen. I hate how they're making everything nowadays look so sleek/curved/whatever they like to call it. I like the sharp edges of the Droid. And as I've heard someone on this forum say before, the Droid screams "Power user!" when you look at it. I don't know what everyone has against the design on the Droid, I think it's fantastic.

Female Droid lover here (lol... if you can't tell by the username). I just got it this week as a present for my 24th birthday, and I'm obsessed. I spent a long time wish VZW would get the iPhone, especially after I got my iPod Touch, but no longer. I'm hooked. I loved my Dare and def intend to keep it as backup just in case (GOD forbid!) anything ever happens to my Droid, but am now amazed at what a phone can do.

29-year-old nerdy chick here. I love the weight of this phone, and how solid it feels, coming from a vx6800. Lighter phones just don't feel substantial enough for me. Plus, how do you know where it is if it isn't weighing down your pocket or purse?

I definitely think this is a masculine phone though. I was the only girl in line on Friday (and I was first by three and a half hours). My female students all think this phone is too big, heavy, and angular. Plus, they seem to think I should stop talking about the phone long enough to answer their questions about organic chemistry. Silly kids.

58 years old, female and just technical enough to be dangerous! I think the weight makes it feel solid. All my friends (male and female) are jealous - especially of key ring, night sky, and a few other apps.

Female here posting from my Droid! Loving it so far!

I am female, 40, and I had to have the Droid 24 hours after release. Verizon screwed up their target market I'm their ads. Mothers are the perfect target since we can manage and organize our lives while on the go and still find something fun or educational to do. The keyboard does suck and since I used my guys upgrade I will have it for awhile.
