Market Issues with Froyo ROM(s)

Hey I've been running the nightlys (currently on 821) and its been great only I've been having intermittent Market Issues, it would work fine for a day or 2 then when I go back into the market and try to download an app (or update one I already have) I get the excalamation point that the download was unsuccessful. I've seen this on 819 and now again on 821, Pwr cycling the phone doen't fix it, nor does killing the market app. The only way i fixed it was actually flashing a new nightly and the market would work fine after that.

Anyone know of any fixes for this issue, anyone else getting this as well?

The only issue I've had is the force close issue on the market. I did flash the the 820 with the new gapps (as of 8/13) on my wife's phone, she has had no issues at all with the market. Maybe do a factory wipe and reflash 821 with the new gapps and see if that helps

Well I flashed the new 823 nightly, its been working fine ever since, we'll just see how it holds up, I'd hate to do a factory wipe with all the stuff I've configured, lol.
